📌 Buy a Southern Shielynth Portal Stone from the Sundries NPC, then use the portal to travel to Southern Shielynth.

📌 Walk to the portal marked with a red box in the image, then enter the portal.

📌 After entering, turn around and you will see the NPC Levantine. Right-click on the NPC, then select the yellow text that says 'Let me enter the Gratt Upper Level.' You will then be teleported to the Upper Dungeon, just like when entering the Lower Dungeon.
